Who we are

Tata Trusts Cancer Care Programme has been working to bring cancer care to the underserved parts of the country. Ranchi Cancer Hospital and Research Centre (RCHRC) is a part of this vision. Situated at Kanke, Ranchi, the hospital has been set-up to provide quality and affordable care.

RCHRC is an initiative of Ranchi Cancer Care Foundation (RCCF) and Tata Cancer Care Foundation (TCCF) and supported by Tata Trusts.

The hospital provides an entire gamut of cancer services encompassing diagnosis, treatment, management, palliative and post care. A team of experienced and trained medical professionals ensure all-round compassionate care delivery.

What we do

The hospital provides medical oncology services including disease diagnosis, chemotherapy, palliative care and pain management. A well-equipped radiology department and onco-pathology laboratory ensures accurate disease diagnosis.

The hospital has modern radiation equipment and operation theatres for treating patients. Various support functions ease the patient and caregiver treatment journey.

RCHRC has a robust outreach team which is working at multiple fronts for early detection of cancer by carrying out cancer screening, increasing awareness, training frontline health workers and conducting activities against tobacco consumption.

The facility is a 5 min drive from Kanke Chowk and a 45 min drive from Birsa Munda Airport, Ranchi.
