Tata Cancer Care Foundation (Supported by Tata Trusts) is coming up with a network of specialist cancer hospitals similar to Armed Forces Medical Services structure to provide accessible and affordable care. This is a part of the national healthcare building initiative with the aim to serve Cancer patients across the country. The network has veterans from the Indian Armed Forces working in multiple positions in clinical and non-clinical roles.
Tata Cancer Care Foundation (TCCF) works extensively in Assam through a government initiative called Assam Cancer Care Foundation (ACCF). In other states also it is working in coordination with governments as well as National Health Mission towards providing access to affordable cancer care and early detection of cancer.
TCCF invites retiring and about to retire eligible candidates from the Armed Forces Medical Corps to apply for the following posts in the different hospitals coming up in the near future on the following terms and conditions:
- Permanent positions on the payroll of the hospital with all statutory benefits as well as applicable insurance benefits
- Salaries are as per market salaries prevalent at the location with no link to pension received
