SVICAAR's focus is on transforming the institute into a more cost-e ective and self-sustainable organisation. This involves optimising
operational e ciency, fostering patient satisfaction, boosting employee engagement, and improving care coordination.

• Recognising the need for expanded capacity, there is a plan to increase the number of beds. This expansion is vital to accommodate
more inpatients and address the mandatory hospital stay requirements, especially for patients covered under Government schemes.

• The initiation of Hospital Phase II infrastructure and commissioning will also be essential to handle the increasing inpatient load.
