IMPACT STORIES

THIS INITIATIVE IS SET TO EXTEND TO ACCF UNITS IN THE UPCOMING MONTHS.

Our strategic partnerships have greatly broadened our information technology outreach. Through collaboration with Tata 1mg, we
have introduced Pharmacy Functions, underscoring our steadfast dedication to patient safety by judiciously restricting generic
drugs when required. Furthermore, we have seamlessly integrated our systems with advanced platforms like Picture Archiving &
Communication Systems (PACS) and Laboratory Equipment. Our application stack is hosted on a high-availability cloud platform,
demonstrating our commitment to ensuring reliable accessibility.

Continuous improvement in domains like system learning during induction and ongoing learning programmes, along with
transparent issue resolution, adds significant value. The next transformation involves enabling and implementing
metrics/outcome-based systems for crucial decision-making and operations with a patient-centric focus.
