OVERVIEW

THE BUILDING PLAN
Both SVICCAR and RCHRC are situated on a land parcel of
approximately 25 acres provided on lease by Tirupati Tirumala
Devshatanam (TTD) and the Government of Jharkhand
respectively. Out of this, about 8 acres have been developed to
house the current hospital buildings and necessary support
services. Both hospitals are designed with identical blueprints
and floor plans.
The overall master plan outlines a phased approach to
constructing hospital buildings, support services, sta quarters,
and various facilities. In the initial phase (Phase 1), the focus was
on addressing a broad range of common solid organ
tumours/cancers. Subsequent phases were earmarked for the
development of facilities dedicated to treating
